Semi-private external staircase (shared with one other unit) provides access to the units from the parking lot and to the large terraces with seating and container plantings. On-site parking is available at a premium.
Amenities: Both units include a new, virtually silent HVAC system for year-round climate control, bed and bath linens, cookware, cutlery, dishes and a variety of glassware, in-unit washing machines and drying racks, blow dryer, toiletries and cleaning supplies.
